This is a 1″ threaded BMX fork for 4″ or 5″ headtube frames. This fork has tubular legs. The steerer is 1″ threaded and is 7-7/8″ inches long. It has about 4″ threaded area so that you can cut it to your needed length. The dropouts are for 3/8″ axles. This fork is designed for 20″ wheels, 21.1mm quill stems, 27.0mm crown race, and 100mm hubs (not included). It is made of MIG welded 1020 hi-ten steel. This is a new fork but it may have some light shelf wear (scuffs, etc) because it is a basic replacement part–not high end.
