The Blackburn Airstik 2 Stage Mini Pump goes both ways. It is designed to pump both high volume strokes and high pressure strokes. This way, you can use it for skinny road tires, fat dirt tires, and everything in between.

The key is the switch. Youll find it at the bottom of the barrel. It looks like a simple light switch. If youre starting from flat, start with high volume to put more air in the tire fast, go until it gets hard to pump, then switch to high pressure to make pumping easier. If youre topping off a tire, start with high pressure.
